Ratings & Reviews
My Agent Review lets you tell others about the buying/selling experience you had with your Real Estate Agent. Did you like the service they provided you with? Or did you feel like that they didn't quite do enough? If you could tell a friend about the experience you had with an Agent, what would you say? We encourage all honest reviews of your Real Estate Agent, whether it be positive or negative.
Rules
Since My Agent Review is accessed by the general public there are several guidelines users must adhere to when reviewing an agent. Thus My Agent Review also reserves the right to remove any review (see Terms of Use). Generally, the reasons for the removal of a review are, but not limited to:
- Offensive or inappropriate language.
- Irrelevant reviews - My Agent Review is only interested in reviews related to a real estate transaction.
- Reviews with no factual basis - For example, a property address that was associated with the review (although not displayed to the public) upon verification does not actually exist.
We also reserve the right to right to remove the following from a review, but not limited to:
- e-mail addresses
- website URLs
- phone numbers
How do the ratings work?
The reviewer is asked to rate their Real Estate Agent based on the following 5 categories:
- Knowledge - How much did your Real Estate Agent know about the Real Estate industry and/or the marketplace?
- Responsive - Was your Real Estate Agent responding to you in a timely manner? Did you feel that they contacted you frequently to provide updates regarding your transaction?
- Friendly - Was your Real Estate Agent cordial during your transaction and easy to work with?
- Professional - Did your Real Estate Agent carry themselves in a professional manner?
- Overall - Rate the overall performance of your Real Estate Agent and your satisfaction with the outcome of your Real Estate transaction.
You can also decide whether or not you found other reviews to be helpful.
The bottom line is that Real Estates Agents stand to make a large sum of money on your transaction. Be honest and say how you feel about their services. Please do not resort to merely defaming your agent; if you felt he or she performed poorly, explain why.
My Agent Review is not obligated, but reserves the right, to monitor, remove or edit objectionable activity and content at its sole discretion and to any degree it deems appropriate.
If you do submit ratings and/or reviews, you grant My Agent Review a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, right to use, reproduce and modify, as we deem necessary, such content on the MyAgentReview.com website.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post, that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Agent Review and its directors, officers and employees from any resulting liability. My Agent Review takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Why doesn't my review show up right away?
Reviews take time to for us to examine their legitimacy and adherence to our posting guidelines. Rest assured we are trying our best to post each review as soon as possible.
There is a check mark  next to some reviews, what does that mean?
A check mark indicates that we have verified that the transaction associated with the respective review is legitimate.
What does it mean to have a Verified Review?
A Verified Review means that the review information has been verified by My Agent Review against public records.
What information is shown on my Review?
Only your first name, city and state.
I don't like what i wrote in my Review, How can I delete it?
Currently, My Agent Review will not be removing any reviews aside from violations of our terms and conditions. Therefore My Agent Review asks users to exercise caution when submitting a new review. Users have the opportunity to preview and edit a review before it is officially submitted.
