This guy rented my house and destroyed it...

Frank Ioimo rented my house in Big Bear from January 2010 to May 2010. He let his dogs urinate and defacate throughout every room of the house. The brand new carpets that were installed before he rented it are destroyed. Additionally, all area rugs were destroyed and some of the appliances broken. He left trash thoughout, and even had the nerve to steal decor and linens. If this is how he treats a house he rents, I would highly caution doing business with him.
