I thought he could have done better

This agent double ended the property that we(my family) bought. Since he represented both parties in the transaction he didn't always have my best interests in mind. I will never let an agent double end another real estate property that I am involved in. Agents are suppose to represent their clients with their best interests in mind but when they represent both parties the agents interests are cloudy. We really love the house and thats why he got the sell or else we probably would have went with someone else. He is not the most professional people as he setup some hand written offer for us. I thought the offer would be more formal. He was okay, and probably would have been a better if he was only representing one party in the transaction.
